SEVEN STEPS- TO- AGING- GRACFULLY

Ones life stile is and important factor in the aging process. Weather or not we age gracefully or the onslaught of premature aging is the result of a heath conscious or care free uneventful life. Most people are not concerned with the foods that we eat or the things we drink and there long term effects. What is appealing to our taste buds are usually the most predominantly consumed foods that make up our diet. Unfortunately these foods are not always good for us and there effects are slowly but surely, literally killing us. There are seven easy step to maintaining a youthful look and aging more gracefully.


1.) It is important to always keep your system cleansed by drinking plenty of water, at least
seven or more glasses daily.
2.) It is important to refrain from frowning. But to do this you must abstain from becoming
angry. Being that frowning is so habituated that one could almost perceive both the emotion of anger and reaction of frowning as being on in same.
3.) It is important to maintain a balanced diet. This is one of the most important factors in premature aging.
4.) It is important to remember to receive the properly allowed daily vitamins. The most important to be concerned with is vitamin C , B complex, B 12,and vitamin E . It is also very important to receive a opprobrium portion of calcium. If milk is the source though which it will be abstained then you should drink at least 4 to 5 cups daily.
5.) It is a mental and spiritual equilibrium. This can be obtain by meditation or and prayer. This plays a important roll in ones predisposition.
6.) Exercising is of the utmost important when it come to preventing premature aging.
7.) Last but not least it is also important to be mindful of the amount of altravilet light that our
skin is exsposed to. So when in sun be sure to wear sunscreen.
